We loved our stay in this historic hotel. It was conveniently located next to the train station for the Grand Canyon railway and close to everything in town. Our room was beautifully decorated in period style and the shared bathroom, although a bit dated, was clean. The staff was amazing, allowing us to choose our own room and providing excellent service. The location was perfect for exploring the town and heading to the Grand Canyon.
The noise level from other guests on Saturday night was a bit high and disrupted our stay.

The location was perfect, as it was close to everything, including the Grand Canyon. We also loved being in close proximity to bars and restaurants. The room, although a bit small, was clean and decorated with a fun themed decor that made us smile. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea. it was a great experience.
The walls were thin, which made it a bit noisy at times.

Located in the heart of Williams, the hotel offers a convenient base for exploring the area. The staff were friendly and provided helpful guidance about nearby attractions and restaurants. Additionally, the presence of free wifi was a welcome convenience for staying connected during our trip.
The rooms were on the smaller side and lacked comfort. The thin walls made it difficult to have a restful night's sleep, as we could hear everything happening in the surrounding rooms.

the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel at home. the hotel's unique and old-fashioned charm added to the experience. free WiFi and games in the common area were a plus.
Faulty shower cleaner dispensers.
